An ancient temple, standing on a tall bed of rocks, overlooking the vast stretch of blue sea, flooded with hundreds of tourists - a perfect combination for a picturesque landscape.
This is one of the popular tourist attractions in the small city of Mahabalipuram, some 60kms from Chennai. From a distance you can see this perfect scenery in one eye span. It looks like a page torn from a calendar of natural sceneries.
Yeah... It is looking like a calendar page... Full blue background, compact temple, small number of trees and rocks emerging from the ground, looks like someone painted it…! A real painting...(painted by the cam)...:)
I created this blog to attend to one of my biggest passions - photography. I am not a pro nor do I have any photography experience worth mentioning. The images i will be putting here on the blog, will be the ones which caught my eye and in some way my mind too. The image will tell you what my eyes noticed and the text scribbled below it will tell you about the mind. This blog will have one image, originally clicked and uploaded by me - daily (hopefully)- starting 17th Dec'07 till the day I die .

Good work…!
Dont forget that the pictures on calendars are also photographs taken by people who have an eye for it. Kudos to you, you are reaching that mark!
