Originally clicked and uploaded by - Pratosh Dwivedi - 14th Apr'09I dont exactly know how pearls are formed naturally, but I have read somewhere that it is the water inside the shell which combined with some minerals changes into a pearl overtime. This was the first thought which came into my mind when I saw this half filled shell lying on the beach. It had some water which had just crawled in from the sea and some brown sand which had come along.
