52 - 6th - A beautiful illusion

Originally clicked and uploaded by - Pratosh Dwivedi - 6th Feb'08

The beautiful image which you can see above is not of a river or of some sundry water body which adds to the topographical beauty of the city. Rather, it is a stinking drain running right through the heart of the city. Totally uncovered on almost its entire stretch, it eventually drops all the filth in the bay of Bengal.

I can't explain how tough it was for me to stand there and take this photograph :)

Realmente parece un paraiso, se ve un paisaje maravilloso, casi puedo imaginar lo que sentiste, casi lo mismo que yo al ver la foto :)

If you dont scribble below what your mind says, it will remain as the sundry water in the minds of people who see this.

When i see this, the words of shakespeare comes into my mind... "Whenever the sunrays fall onto some object, it looks beautiful"

Though these words come first, here i have a confusion whether the sunrays or your camera which makes this image beautiful.:)

There is no depth in the Image. Need to improve.

Depth? For your kind information, that is a drainage...

Sorry...;). A big mistake in the comment I wrote (2nd comment)

->When I see this, the words of Shakespeare comes into my mind... "Whenever the sunrays fall onto some object, it looks beautiful"

The above words are by "Shelley"!.
I was thinking Shelley but wrote as Shakespeare, :)... might be I got confused with both 'S'. :)
