Originally clicked and uploaded by - Pratosh Dwivedi - 28th Mar'09Another new flower bloomed in my garden this morning. I went out to open the water hose when I noticed this little fellow opening up slowly along with the first rays of the morning sun. I was expecting the bud to bloom for many days now, since this was the only plant left in the garden which didn't bear a flower yet. Finally, after a long wait of around ten days, the bud gave way to a beautiful little flower and tons of joy in my heart :)

btw, the big flower in the background has reduced the impact that this photograph was supposed to impose on us
Is that a single flower, or a small flower with a big flower in the background?
It's a single flower :) Only the petals in the front are in focus ... giving the illusion of 2 flowers ..
