Think of them and an image with children sitting knee deep in the sand with small spades and tumblers around them instantly pops up in your mind. In reality too, the only adults you can see around the sand castles are usually the parents making sure that their children are at a safe distance from the sea and in some cases, not "eating" sand.
As a child I never built sand castles. The only memory of a beach from childhood doesnt have any traces of me building one. So this time when I was at the sea, I decided to do it. The "not so bad" result, you can see in the image :)
