Originally clicked and uploaded by - Pratosh Dwivedi - 19th Nov'08Xcaret is a beach resort cum sea-activity place some twenty miles from Playa del Carmen. Almost everyone who visits Cancun visits the place. It offers you a day full of fun water activities like scuba diving, snorkeling & swimming with the dolfins to name a few. Also, it offers some authentic "Maya styled" acitivites like Temascal (an ancient Mayan purifying bath). People usually spend the whole weekend at the place enjoying the fabulous natural setting and a huge sprawling campus.
I took this photo late in the evening when the place was almost empty. It gave me a nice open view with no one peeping inside the scene.
