When the beach is empty and not many people are around, which is usually during the day or early morning, you can see hundreds of small crabs playing hide and seek in the moist sand just bordering the sea-waves. They dig up small holes and are very quick to hide in them once they sense anything or anyone approaching them.
Luckily, I managed to get a shot of one of those "little crabs" when it was just going to enter its burrow.
@photographer: Try doing that yourself and then speak. Close up shot indeed!! The crab is not exactly posing for the photo, is it? @pratosh: I think this is quite a good photograph...especially since i know how tiny and fast those crabs are... Most people wouldnt even notice them... Good job!!!
I created this blog to attend to one of my biggest passions - photography. I am not a pro nor do I have any photography experience worth mentioning. The images i will be putting here on the blog, will be the ones which caught my eye and in some way my mind too. The image will tell you what my eyes noticed and the text scribbled below it will tell you about the mind. This blog will have one image, originally clicked and uploaded by me - daily (hopefully)- starting 17th Dec'07 till the day I die .

Image is not clear. Subject matter had to be more clear. A close up shot would have been better.
